Orlando-based Rock / Alternative band Blueanimal release their third album 'Figment That Was Me', due out June 4, 2021. It is their darkest and most inspired work based on real world experience with Mental health. 'Figment That Was Me', is an album that aims to take reality to another level through its unique sound, which it consolidates with this latest work.
The album is a departure from the sound of previous Blueanimal albums towards a more grunge-inspired sound. This album aims to help people on a journey through the struggle of this character that will allow those who have fortunately not experienced mental health problems to gain a better understanding and those who are currently struggling not to feel so alone.
'Figment That Was Me' could be defined as emotional electronics that fluctuate from the most peaceful atmosphere to the most energetic bass and kick, passing through beautiful orchestral textures. 'On My Mind' is the first track on the album. This is a clue that is an ode to the girl who escaped on the surface, but below the surface it is about that person, thing or idea that we know will be with us until we die.
