(ENG) On Friday, January 29, 2021, electronic artist and producer Elaine Mai releases her new single "No Forever", the first from her debut album, due for release in late 2021.
This album is presented as the most personal of the production company so far, and with it she manages to make the most intimate and everyday, born of an impulse to condense into her whole, her passion for music, life and the people that She loves. It doesn't matter where you are. You just have to put on your headphones, close your eyes and let yourself be carried away by this gift of life.
The song features the inimitable voice of MayKay, familiar to many as the current host of Other Voices and a former member of the cult Irish bands Le Galaxie (2017-2019) and Fight Like Apes (2006-2016). What's more, the video for "No Forever" will be directed by Ruth Medjber, a directorial debut from the renowned music photographer.
A master of musical heterodoxy, she navigates between various genres. In addition, all the songs on her next album are related to a central theme, which refers us to home and belonging. If someone wants to do something good, she must aspire to crush the already known languages, executing the whole with coherence and synchrony. (ESP) El viernes 29 de enero de 2021, la artista y productora electrónica Elaine Mai lanza su nuevo sencillo "No Forever", el primero de su álbum debut, que se lanzará a finales de 2021.
Este disco se presenta como el más personal de la productora hasta ahora, y con él consigue hacer de lo más intimista y cotidiano, naciendo de un impulso por condensar en su conjunto, su pasión hacia la música, la vida y la gente que ama. No importa dónde te encuentres. Sólo tienes que ponerte los auriculares, cerrar los ojos y dejarte llevar por este regalo de la vida.
La canción presenta la voz inimitable de MayKay, familiar para muchos como el presentador actual de Other Voices y ex miembro de las bandas irlandesas de culto Le Galaxie (2017-2019) y Fight Like Apes (2006-2016). Es más, el video de "No Forever" será dirigido por Ruth Medjber, un debut como director del renombrado fotógrafo musical.
