REVIEW: THISBE Recordings presents Volta Cab - Alphabet of Humanity

Volta Cab is the kind of artist who does not stitch without a thread, who knows what they are doing at all times and leaves nothing to the whim of chance, although sometimes their decisions may seem unusual or out of place. And if, furthermore, after a consecration in the underground, we see him doing his thing with “Alphabet of Humanity”, it leaves us even more surprised.

Volta Cab transports us, once again, to its own post-punk universe, bringing the nostalgia of '80s synthwaves and '90s grooves into its own modern context. Throughout their new "Alphabet of Humanity" EP, Volta Cab creates raw emotions right out of the box. track to the end.

The entire album manages to provide introspection, absorbing energy and twilight light, and that closes a record that knows how to turn musical pulp into a refreshing ambrosia juice. The more the record is listened to, the more difficult it is to locate it in a specific geographical location. His music seems to never solidify, to be a flow of sounds and impressions that never seem to stay fixed in place or memory, like a perfume or a quick vision of a body in motion, until it postulates as one of the True future values of tame and lustrous electronics.
