With Alles, Kalipo creates an album that moves beyond genre into pure emotional resonance. His fifth solo work is not content with being a dark disco or post-punk record—it is instead a living organism that breathes tension, conflict, and hope. The tracks are laced with contradictions: analog grit softened by shimmering guitars, heavy basslines uplifted by fragile vocals.
On Alles, Kalipo sings more than ever before, and this increased vocal presence gives the record its emotional core. In Sparkling Tears, his voice becomes part of the rhythm itself, guiding the listener through club euphoria and emotional release. Crimson Rain feels like a nod to the past with its vintage drum machines, while All Things Must Come to an End distills melancholy into something strangely comforting.
Kalipo defines his sound as Psychedelic Disco Punk, but Alles transcends definition—it is a vulnerable yet confident declaration that the dance floor can be both a place of escape and of radical honesty.
