Drumcode returns with fifth DC4 compilation featuring Mark Reeve, Charles D and more

Drumcode’s DC4 compilation goes from strength to strength. Volume 5 brings another quartet of heaters.
The compilation is both a breeding ground for new artists to break through on the label, while offering establish producers the chance to share strong standalone tracks.
19:26 & Bittermind drop their first release on Drumcode via ‘Dancing’. The duo, coming from Italy and Turkey respectively, have built a reputation for crafting tracks at the juncture of intensity and vulnerability. Together, they’ve notably remixed Anyma & LISA’s ‘Bad Angel’ on Afterlife recently. ‘Dancing’ has been doing the rounds for a while, piquing the ears of the I.D hunters. It’s a stab-heavy stomper laced with electro and subtle elements of psy, topped off with a commanding vocal.
Drumcode mainstay Charles D is back, following up his contribution to DC4 Vol.4, with another slick collaboration, this time linking with French artist Rafael Cerato. ‘Right Now’ is an attitude-packed roller marked by rapped vocals and punchy grooves.
Mark Reeve is enjoying a rich vein of form in 2026, set to drop his third release of the year on Drumcode, following ‘Body Drops’ and his collaboration with Adam Beyer ‘Love Within’. ‘Work’ is built from a cast-iron bottom-end, before his trademark melodic touches enter the game. This is a beautifully juxtaposed track that plays on themes of darkness and light.
Emerging LA-based DJ and producer KENZ is a new face on Drumcode. His maiden cut takes a familiar riff and elevates it for 2026 dancefloors. A big one for the summer season ahead.
