TRAINING + Ruth Goller share new single: ‘backlog’

In a bold fusion of free jazz and experimental soundscapes, Berlin-based duo TRAINING has teamed up with the UK’s revered bassist and composer Ruth Goller for a groundbreaking new release, threads to knot, out October 18 via Squama Recordings. Their latest single "Backlog" is an immersive sonic journey that showcases the trio’s ability to blend frenetic free jazz with a refined sense of atmospheric tension.

TRAINING, comprising Max Andrzejewski on drums and Johannes Schleiermacher on saxophone, have garnered attention for their innovative approach to live jazz, blending processed instrumentation and avant-garde sensibilities.
