Can you tell us a little about your experience? Where are you from and how did you get into music?
I'm from Bari in Apulia (South of Italy) and since I was really young I loved play music as Dj, at the beginning hip hop, R&B mixed artist like Snoop, Notorius or 50cent, this about my 15/16 years old. After the high school I went to Sound Engineering University, where I learn some skills about the art of production.
During this period I had the possibility to test myself and try different kind of sounds, we were between 20 people more or less each one with a different idea of which kind of sound we wanted to develop , till founded my way. Around my 20 years old i finished the university and moved to barcelona where Innocent Soul was born.
How is your sound evolving? What artists and genres do you enjoy mixing right now?
My sound now is a Disco House mixed with 90' stuff, at the moment my fav artist to play is MEMORYMANN , DMX KREW or Omar S
How do you feel that your music influences or impacts its listeners? I think when a listeners is in front of my track, he can already start smiling and move freely. What projects are you working on right now? What can you tell us about your last job? My last work is a typical Innocent Soul tracks, Mpc drums, sample and a lot of good vibes. I'm working now on a different sound, without sample but whit a singer and all instruments played, will be really interesting. We all know that the digital revolution has affected sales, but do you think it has affected creativity?
No, I dont think, because digital for me is only a way more quicly way to print music then the vinyl business. Can you tell us about your present and future projects?
Actually I've good news, I'm working with various artists for an album, the new set up in my studio permit me to expand also my musical view an give me the possibility to do more "experiments/collaboration", soon will be ready.
