OCTOBER 16, 2026—Paris-based DJ and producer Roodie releases “W/U <333,” his first standalone single on DJ Tennis’s Life and Death label, out today.

The release follows a series of introductions to the label’s world. Earlier this year, Roodie’s music featured on DJ Tennis’s fabric presents mix, before appearing on Life and Death’s Peak-Time Archives compilation alongside Jennifer Loveless and PAURRO. With “W/U <333,” he steps into the spotlight with a standalone release of his own.

“W/U <333 is a love song about the things we wanted to hold onto, but never got to share one last dance with. It’s about love and memory." -Roodie

Founded by DJ Tennis, Life and Death has become a meeting point for a close-knit community of artists and collaborators, including Carlita, Demi Riquísimo, Luke Alessi, Cole Knight, and Red Axes. Roodie’s growing involvement reflects the relationships at the heart of that community, with a track selected for a DJ mix leading to a compilation appearance and now a standalone single.

“W U” marks the next step in Roodie’s relationship with Life and Death, building on those early appearances and giving listeners a further introduction to the Paris-based producer’s work.
